Return Policy
Items purchased in-store or online are returnable once shipped. We will refund (excluding shipping costs) within 45 days for unworn and unwashed items with original tags. Items past that date are no longer eligible for return.
Items marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products made for collaborations or special events are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are faulty or defective.
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store at this time. Please allow up to 10-14 business days to process a return after receiving the package.
We will no longer offer instant refunds. We will continue to accept returns and exchanges, but we will issue a refund after we receive your return at our warehouse.

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, some orders may appear after the estimated delivery date.

Confirm estimated delivery date and address in order history
Check payment processing status in order
Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns and we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund.
